Recently, a young group of professionals have showed their potential through their outstanding work ethic and good values. Thus, they were rewarded by having them promoted and was christened as “The ABIC Idols”.
The ABIC Idols is composed of Marvi Marvida (Underwriting Staff), Genalyn Garcia (Underwriting Staff), Emma Bague (Accounting Staff), Erlyn Maninang (Audit & Compliance Staff), Quelle Montano (IT Staff), Edz Bencito (Marketing Staff), Jonah Madela (CDO Branch Staff), Dinah Domeniseh (Davao Branch Staff), Rassell Florentino (Accounting Specialist), Adolfo Cajayon Jr. (Underwriting Supervisor), Jerome Panganiban (Marketing Senior Supervisor), Myke Inovero (Collection Staff) & Ghen Figueroa (Collection Staff).
These individuals showed good leadership qualities and dedication to their work. They did not just establish themselves as future leaders but had also become an inspiration for their colleagues.
They were even given a moment to show their gratitude by singing the hit song from Miley Cyrus, “The Climb”.
The message of the song is very relatable for them as it shows that they have yet to reach the peak of their goals. But in order to reach that, they have to brave the long and winding way to the top hence the line “I can almost see it..” Thanks for that, Miley!
This just goes to show that proper training combined with good work attitude will allow someone to achieve great heights in his or her career.
