It was so saddening to learn that one of our ABIC ALL IN 888 clients succumbed to cardiac arrest. On June 24, Tuesday, at 2:35 in the afternoon, we received a claims notice together with the necessary documents. This was immediately processed upon receipt. By 12:00Noon of June 25, Wednesday, the claim check for Compassionate Benefit, together with the Release Of Claim documents, were ready and immediately brought to our courier. We were informed by the courier Thursday morning that the parcel was on its way to PNB Pasuquin, Ilocos Sur.
Today, July 3, Wednesday, we received word from our partner PNB Branch that the beneficiary has received her check (see photo below). She extends her gratitude for the fast release of the claim and decided to use the proceeds to open a personal account.
